The Mandela Institute for Development Studies (MINDS) together with Lending for Education in Africa Partnership (LEAP will be hosting a High -Level Dialogue which aims at convening stakeholders dialogue on building a diversified workforce for the future in Africa on the 9th – 10th July in Nairobi, Kenya.
The High-Level Dialogue is expected to contribute to understanding innovative approaches for building a diversified workforce through the enhancement of employability of young graduates across the African continent. More specifically, the convening will highlight tried and tested models that industry, higher education institutions, and government are currently enacting that are successfully addressing the skills mismatch amongst African youth.
